I am thinking of changing the name of this podcast.
We’ve outgrown the original idea of this being only about training room techniques and activities, and it’s evolved into a more general discussion about all things related to learning and development.
I’d also like to try to bring change management into the fold – I’ve long had this idea that change management is not so different from L&D, I think of it being the plural of L&D, and a lot of the ideas and techniques are complementary.
